Kinko's of Missoula, MT - May, 1994 - September, 2000 The administration of the Branch Office Certification Program at the Missoula, Montana branch was my primary responsibility. I was certified to facilitate the following courses for Kinko's: New Coworker Orientation, Auxilliary and Production Equipment, Coworker Impact on Branch Profit, Handling Copyright Protocol, Digital Printing Concepts, Internet Access, EFI Fiery (RIP device), and 110% Customer Satisfaction. My duties also included auditing and evaluating the coworkers' skills, keeping record of their achievements, and reporting my progress to the Regional Training Manager on a monthly basis. This position included light travel, which brought me to the other Montana branches twice per quarter for the purpose of delivering courses to the stores in those locations. I worked entirely without local supervision and am accustomed to generating expense reports and excel charts to illustrate results. My work was done primarily without supervision in a workplace which demanded teamwork-mindedness and direct involvement and interest in the client's needs. I was given full responsibility for the development, creation, implementation and administration of the internet access services now offered by the store.
